The pack contains 4 LNER/BR J27 locos with different numbers (your choice), animated driver and coalman figures, animated coal loading, user definable headcodes, including 12 months warranty, all updates and fixes for $12.00 US. You may select the 4 running numbers/livery (LNER lined/LNER unlined/BR early unlined/BR late unlined. Individual locos are $7.00 each, please add $1 per loco for weathered versions
The locos are available in lined LNER black, unlined black (after 1940), BR early and BR late liveries. Models include 3 Levels of Detail (LOD), cab details, real rivet details and textues, animated cab crew, animated coal loading, user placeable headcodes. Shown here are the LNER Lined and Unlined, BR unlined version, early and late with lowered chimney, whistle and dome.

COMPATABLE WITH

The J27 was built between 1906 and 1923. Essentially an adaptation of the J26 (NER P2), the class proved very successful, and some 115 were built over this period. The locos went through many changes during their life, lowering chimney, dome and whistle as well as changing saftey valves. More noticable was the changing of the round spectacle front windows to more angular. Both versions of windows are available to order. They were used mainly for goods duties and heavy mineral haulage. Withdrawal was started in 1959 and all were withdrawn and scrapped by 1967.
