On the Taff Vale Railway, in Wales (UK) there was a small branch line serving the Clydach Vale Colliery. in 1884 Mr Riches had 3 special locos built for a steep incline, they were numbered 141-143, and at the grouping, in 1892 they formed the H class. GWR took over these locos and renumbered them 792-794. They worked hard in various places until the last was scrapped in 1960. The first 6 pics are the GWR livery and the last 4 are the Taff Vale livery.
