BR MK I Coaching Stock
The MKI coaches were a very common sight after 1948, these MKI depicted were used by the 'Big Four' between 1946 and 1949, in their various liveries. In 1948 BR was formed and over a perion of a few years consolidated this coaching stock to become the BR MKI. BR experimented with several liveries, eventually settling on the Maroon and Blood/Custard to serve Mainline and Suburban areas. These were assigned to the newly formed BR regions. Those shown below represent all the regions during the early years of BR and into maturity. Many coaches were assembled to serve the expanding population after the austere Wartime years. Several are preserved throughout the UK. All types are fully TRS2004, TRS2006 and TS2009 Compliant and tested and are passenger enabled to allow passengers to embark and disembark at stations. Door opening is an option. A reference for the codes may be found here

There are various liveries available, BR Maroon, BR Blood/Custard, BR Plum/Spilt Milk, SR Malachite, GWR Chocolate/Cream, LMS Crimson Lake, and LNER Beige liveries.
Corridor and Non-Corridor coaches are included on 57ft underframe. Optionally you may specify 64ft underframe. Bogies shown are leaf spring riveted, you may optionally use welded coil spring bogies supplied with the pack.

Each pack will contain 8 MKI Coaches, 2 different bogies (riveted leaf and welded coil spring) for $20, including 12 months warranty, fixes and updates. Please state with order which livery required (BR Maroon livery will be allocated if not specified). Please add $1 each coach for the FULLY WEATHERED option. Individual one off coaches available for $3 each. All prices are in $US. Locos and background buildings not included (unless you talk to me nicely).
