J3A Streamlined Hudson Empire Express

The J3A Hudson was a large 4-6-4 loco that was designed and built in the mid 1930's for serving the express train service in N America. Several were streamlined to effect a faster journey, and held many records that even today are not surpassed. The style depicted was used for the Empire Express train that ran 9 express luxury coaches. The pack comprises two different J3A streamlined Hudsons with tenders. A truly magnificent addition to any N American Trainz layout. Features realistic polished aluminium sheeting, cab layout and steam effects. 3 levels of LOD and special texture mapping techniques with real rivet detail where applicable. Custom Horn and bell sounds. Approved for TRS2004 and TRS2006. Poly count 20k loco, 13k tender.
