GREAT WESTERN RAILWAY 28xx 2-8-0 Loco (Variants)

GWR 28xx Engine, numbered from 2800 to 2883, introduced in the early 1900's, initially had a straight and tapered boiler. After several modifications to the boiler, cab and footplate, among other differences became the 2884 class. Some 184 locos were built, the first being the first 2-8-0 loco to run on British rails. Trials were held for load pulling, where the standard for 100 wagons was set.

Withdrawals were begun in April 1958 after travelling 1,319,831 miles, the last withdrawn in November 1965. Many of the class have been preserved.

The pics depict the variants to the basic 28xx class loco type, and are TRS2004, TRS2006, TS2009 and TS2010 compliant and tested. They include LOD and speculat texture mapping. Has user configurable headcodes.
